Can I have counseling without an appointment?
Yes. If there is room in the appointment schedule, we will provide counseling on the spot. We give priority to appointments, so please feel free to call us.
Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee.
How much is the counseling fee?
Visitors are charged 3,000 yen (tax not included) for 30 minutes and 5,000 yen (tax not included) for 60 minutes. Member registration is also free.
How do I become a member?
You will need to have a counseling session with a professional counselor and fill out a member registration form. Registration can be done immediately. We will counsel you and provide personalized advice and future support.
What will you do during the counseling?
Based on a 21-item lifestyle habit checklist, we will give each client a food risk analysis sheet. Based on the results, we will provide you with dietary guidance, fasting guidance, and supplement guidance tailored to your needs.
Is there a specific minimum amount I must purchase the first time?
No, there isn’t. You may just come in for a consultation. Please feel free to visit us.
I don’t want to be solicited.
We will give you advice on how to solve your problems, but please rest assured that we will not solicit you for any reasons.
Can I have counseling with my friend?
Yes, you can. We will counsel you both together.
How long does a counseling session take?
As a general guideline, please allow 30 minutes to one hour.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, Master Card, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, and TS3.
Do you have a parking lot?
We do not provide parking at our salon, but there is paid parking in front of our stores.
Is it okay just to have the drinks?
It’s okay to have only the Inner Beauty Cleanse drinks. We have an eat-in space, so you can enjoy in the store or available for takeout.You can enjoy a smoothie or cold-pressed juice while having a counseling session.
Is it possible to purchase only the product?
If you register as a member, you can purchase it. We sell salon-exclusive products that must be sold through counseling, so please come to the counseling salon for our proposal.
I am interested in fasting, but I am worried if I can do it.
When you hear the word “fasting”, you may have some concerns. However, we will support you after carefully understanding your lifestyle and eating habits.
There are a variety of fasting plans available, and we will work with you to create a plan that will give you the best results and is easy for you to follow. We will be happy to consult with you in person, by phone, or by e-mail while you are fasting. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
