Are those who only use EC not eligible?
This applies even if you only use the EC site. (Privileges can be handed over at stores, and premium VIP tickets can only be used at stores)

- PRO LABO CLUB service is provided from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
- The privilege will be given at the first visit to the store after April 1st.
- Available at Sapporo, Ginza, Ginza II, Roppongi, Aoyama, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Haneda, Nagoya, Kyoto, Umeda, Namba, Shinsaibashi, Kobe, Tenjin, Hakata and Okinawa stores.
- We will not be able to reissue each benefit if it is damaged, lost, stolen, etc.
- No cash exchange is allowed for each benefit.
- The various benefits cannot be used with other coupons.
- Coupons that are past their expiration date cannot be used.
