Before undergoing fasting, it is important to consult with a fasting specialist to ensure that you have the correct knowledge and a clear purpose. Avoid doing it on your own.

Step 01

Preparation Period

Day 1

Replace breakfast with an enzyme drink (20ml). Why do we only have an enzyme drink in the morning?
It is because there is a schedule of enzyme activation called “Natural Hygiene.” The morning is referred to as the “time for elimination (detox time).” When you wake up in the morning and consume a heavy breakfast while your digestive organs are still awakening, it hinders the natural process of “elimination.”

Let’s give our digestive organs rest during the turnover period during sleep and the detoxification period in the morning. When you have only an enzyme drink in the morning, your body feels light. If you are someone who has a hectic breakfast in the busy morning, it may be a good idea to start with morning fasting.

For lunch, I had “FastPro Curry Zyme” as a substitute food during fasting. As a recommendation, adding one spoonful of flaxseed oil allows you to consume omega-3 fatty acids at the same time, and it adds richness to the taste, making it very delicious!

Day 2

On the second day, replace breakfast with an enzyme drink as well, and have a “Ginger Smoothie” and “FastPro Gai” for lunch. A recent favorite way of eating is to add FastPro Gai, FastPro Water, flaxseed oil, and freshly squeezed ginger juice, and eat it like a warm soup. It is delicious, warms the body, and provides a sense of satisfaction.

Fasting period

Day 1

Finally, it’s time for fasting. For the next three days, you will only consume enzyme drinks and water. This will give your digestive organs a rest and aim for overall body detoxification. Compared to the preparation period, your appetite will decrease, and you will feel calm. You will experience deep sleep and increased visits to the restroom, leading to a refreshing feeling.

How to Make Delicious 3x Diluted Enzyme Drink

While it is also good to consume the enzyme drink as it is during the fasting period, it is necessary to replenish fluids. This time, I will teach you how to make a delicious 3x diluted enzyme drink using convenient FastPro Water.

First, drink FastPro Water up to the space between the label letters “FAST PRO” and “WATER”.

Then, fill the remaining space in the bottle with Herbzyme® (enzyme drink). This will give you a perfectly delicious 3x diluted enzyme drink. Please try it as a reference.

Day 2

Today, we will continue with only enzyme drinks. For those who are fasting for the first time, there may be symptoms called “initial reactions.” For more details, please refer to the “Fasting FAQs”.

Last night, I didn’t feel hungry or restless, and I had a good night’s sleep. This time, there are fewer initial reactions, and I feel light and refreshed.

In this fasting period, I tried incorporating “Flora Balance Granpro” to support gut flora. The fasting period is a time to clear away accumulated troubles. I had a refreshing bowel movement in the morning, and my skin condition was also good. For other supplements that support fasting, please refer to the list of products we offer.

During the fasting period, it is necessary to consume more than 2 liters of fluids per day. Since there is no fluid intake from regular meals, it is difficult to consume 2 liters in a day without consciously hydrating. Be sure to drink fluids frequently when feeling hungry or when your mouth feels dry.

Day 3

Finally, the third day of fasting. When I woke up and stepped on the scale, I was surprised to see a minus 2kg. My stomach is also flat!
This morning, I had some coffee. During fasting, it’s fine to have organic decaffeinated coffee if you prefer.

During fasting, it’s best to avoid indulgences if possible, but being too strict and forcing yourself will not lead to sustainable results. Setting clear goals and enjoying the process within those boundaries is crucial for maintaining continuity.

Refeeding period

Day 1

The three-day fasting period ended yesterday, and today begins the refeeding period.
The refreshing period for the body continues even though the three days went by quickly.

The Importance of the “Refeeding period”

Fasting is like squeezing out a dirty sponge. Now, every corner of the body is in a clean sponge-like state. How you proceed from here becomes crucial.
After the fasting period, you shouldn’t suddenly return to your regular meals to avoid shocking your stomach. Start with lighter and easier-to-digest foods gradually.

For the next two days, you still need to be patient. I had a cold-pressed juice before starting work. It’s refreshing!

Day 2

Today marks the end of the “3-Day Intensive Fasting Program.” My stomach and skin feel soft, and I’m in great shape. More importantly, my body and mind feel different because my daily rhythm has been reset.

However, during the refeeding period, I can eat, but I can only eat a little… surprisingly, this is more tempting than the fasting period.

So, as an alternative meal, I add flaxseed oil, silica, Fast Pro Water, aosa seaweed, and sesame to Fast Pro Guy with a little twist. By not just replacing meals but also making some adjustments, you can add satisfaction to your meals. For meals during the preparation and refeeding periods, it is recommended to focus on “Junka Japanese cuisine,” and avoid high-fat and high-protein ingredients.

One thing I often incorporate into my daily diet is “flaxseed oil (essential fatty acid, Omega-3).” It can be added to natto (fermented soybeans), used as a salad dressing, added to grated daikon radish, or mixed with miso to make miso dip. It is delicious and versatile.

Lastly, it is important not to engage in fasting on your own. It can lead to rebound weight gain and health issues. It is recommended to seek guidance from qualified professionals or experts when fasting.
